Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns due to any of the following reasons:
We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. If you receive a defective product due to workmanship or material, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
Wrong item shipped/missing item
If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
We accept refund application once the exchange in the return & exchange is unable to fulfil due to item out of stock, item unable to be deliver on time, price differ due to ended promotion period, or any other situations, agreed by both parties, buyer and seller.
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for the refund to take place.
